Conferentie voor de landbouw Brussel 2025 - Deel 2

  • Opdracht: De vertegenwoordiging van de deelstaat Baden-Württemberg bij de Europese Unie organiseerde een conferentie om de toestand van de landbouw te bespreken met alle 16 Duitse ministers van Landbouw. Bij de bijeenkomst waren ook enkele gasten van de EU-instellingen aanwezig. Mijn opdracht was om onopvallend foto’s te maken van de gesprekken tussen de deelnemers. De vergaderzaal was groot, dus ik had voldoende ruimte om zonder problemen foto’s te maken. Ik bewoog me vrij rond om de verschillende emoties en interacties vast te leggen, waarbij ik altijd probeerde om zo onopvallend mogelijk te zijn om hun gesprekken niet te onderbreken. De bijeenkomst werd door een lunchpauze in twee delen gesplitst en elke conferentie werd afgesloten met een groepsfoto naast de kerstboom. Dit is het tweede deel van de conferentie.

Epilepsie en zeldzame ziekten - Conferentie Brussel 2025

  • Opdracht: Ik was verantwoordelijk voor het fotograferen en documenteren van de conferentie “Epilepsie en zeldzame ziekten: van silo’s naar synergieën” in het Europees Parlement. Aan de conferentie namen verschillende leden van het Europees Parlement (MEP’s) en tal van deskundigen op het gebied van epilepsie deel. De conferentie was dynamisch, met discussiepanels en gesprekken. De zaal was ideaal om hoogwaardige portretten van de aanwezigen te maken en om de sfeer en het enthousiasme van de deelnemers vast te leggen. De deelnemende MEP’s waren Elena Nevado del Campo, Aurelijus Veryga, Ondřej Dostál en Tomislav Sokol.

iCare2 - Internationale gezinsbemiddeling - Seminarie Brussel

  • Opdracht: Mijn opdracht was om verslag te doen van het iCare2-congres, mede georganiseerd door Missing Children Europe, waar familiebemiddelaars en andere geïnteresseerden en betrokkenen bij het onderwerp bijeenkwamen om te discussiëren over het heden en de toekomst van bemiddeling. Er waren verschillende presentaties met vraag-en-antwoordrondes en veel interactie tussen de deelnemers. Ik heb foto’s gemaakt van het evenement, waarbij ik de nadruk heb gelegd op de dynamiek van de bijeenkomst en hoe het samenkomen de toekomst van bemiddeling voor gezinnen in Europa en de rest van de wereld vormgeeft. Industriële Interne Markt - Innovatie en concurrentievermogen van Europa vanuit mondiaal perspectief - Bosch

  • Opdracht: Mijn opdracht was om verslag te doen van het evenement “Industrial Single Market – Europe’s Innovation and Competitiveness from a Global View” (Industriële interne markt – Innovatie en concurrentievermogen van Europa vanuit een mondiaal perspectief), georganiseerd door Bosch in Brussel. Het evenement begon met een borrel en netwerken, gevolgd door een reeks lezingen en discussies in een grote zaal, en eindigde met een netwerkdiner. Ik moest foto’s maken van de verschillende momenten van het evenement en de sfeer en het netwerken tussen de deelnemers vastleggen.

  • Opdracht: De Legal 500’s GC-top België 2020 nodigde de meest gewaardeerde interne adviseurs van de belangrijkste bedrijven in de Benelux uit om hun veranderende rol als interne leiders te bespreken en de uitdagingen, problemen en kansen waar ze in 2020 en daarna mee te maken krijgen. Mijn opdracht was om de ontwikkeling van de top te documenteren, waarbij de vier verschillende discussiepanels, interventies van het publiek en netwerkmomenten aan bod kwamen.

Connectiviteit EU-China: Noordrijn-Westfalen als knooppunt

  • Opdracht: Het EU-China-connectiviteitsevenement bracht de belangrijkste spelers van de EU-China-handelspartners voor de Europese Unie samen. Noordrijn-Westfalen heeft een centrale logistieke positie in het hart van Europa, met name via de haven van Duisburg (Duisport), die zich heeft ontwikkeld tot een van de belangrijkste knooppunten voor de verbindingen tussen China en Europa. Mijn doel was om met mijn fotografie de netwerkintroductie, de toespraken, het discussiepanel en het walking dinner evenement aan het eind te documenteren.

9e vergadering van de WGECC EU-Centraal-Azië - Dag 2

  • Opdracht: De 9e vergadering van de EU-Centraal-Aziatische werkgroep voor milieu en klimaatverandering (WGECC) was een conferentie op hoog niveau in Brussel. Het doel van de conferentie was om te spreken over milieubeheer, circulaire economie en duurzame consumptie en productie, aanpassing aan en beperking van de klimaatverandering, waterbeheer en horizontale kwesties. Het project heeft tot doel het milieu, de klimaatverandering en het waterbeleid op nationaal niveau in Centraal-Azië te verbeteren door aanpassing aan de EU-normen en investeringen in relevante sectoren te bevorderen om bij te dragen aan een meetbare vermindering van de door de mens veroorzaakte vervuiling, met inbegrip van de CO2-uitstoot. Mijn doel was om de sfeer, de interventies en de sprekers tijdens de tweedaagse conferentie te documenteren. Dit zijn de foto’s van de twede dag. Bekijk hier de foto’s van de eerste dag.
