Copyrights Dani Oshi

Copyrights are the exclusive rights given to a creator (in this case, a photographer) to publish and distribute his/her work. The photographer has then proprietary rights over his/her work and sets boundaries on others that wish to exploit the images.

The creator, or photographer, in this case, is Dani Oshi.

Dani Oshi uses the Creative Commons (CC) license to allow clients to share and to utilize his photographic work.

Dani Oshi provides to all clients by default the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license.

The CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license allows clients to (excerpt taken from their website):

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material.

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
  • NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
  • ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.
  • No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

If you wish to obtain different licensing terms, please get in touch with Dani Oshi, explaining what you would like to modify via the contact page or via email to [email protected].
