- Assignment: My assignment was to take pictures of the New York City Tourism Convention in Brussels, where a group of people representing NYC’s establishments and businesses came to Brussels to promote visiting New York City for events, conferences, and business trips. The event brought together various guests, and the sponsors had the opportunity to make presentations and discuss their establishments with the guests. There were also a few awards where some of the guests received unique prizes to visit NYC.

- Assignment: My assignment was to cover the event “Industrial Single Market – Europe’s Innovation and Competitiveness from a Global View” organized by Bosch in Brussels. The event opened with drinks and networking, followed by a series of talks and discussions in a big room, and ended with a networking dinner. I had to take pictures of the event’s different moments and capture the ambience and networking among the participants.
Oktoberfest Brussels 2025 - Part 2

- Assignment: I was assigned to take pictures of the “Oktoberfest Brussels” during the inauguration. The event was split into two parts. In the second part, I was in charge of documenting the event’s main hall, where guests celebrated the inauguration with food, drinks, and music. The event featured the State Minister for European and International Affairs, Eric Beißwenger, and the main sponsor, Wolfram Hatz, president of Vereinigung der Bayerischen Wirtschaft e.V. – vbw. Both gave an introductory speech and celebrated with the guests.

Both gave an introductory speech and celebrated with the guests. The event then continued to the main tent of the Oktoberfest Brussels.
EURADA Brokerage Event for Innovation Agencies 2020

- Assignment: The EURADA Brokerage Event for Innovation Agencies is a one-day event that aims to gather experts on the field of innovation to share best practices, to find new partners for ongoing or future proposals, and to learn from each other. During the conference, experts from the European Commission were present and explained calls and initiatives for innovation agencies. My role was to document the morning session, covering the new innovation opportunities, the networking session, and the presentation of the successful past projects.
Constitutive meeting of the Social Economy Intergroup

- Assignment: The Constitutive meeting of the Social Economy Intergroup was a concise gathering, including several MEPs, in which the parties involved defined the next steps for the structure they were forming. The MEPs involved were Patrizia Toia, Sven Giegold, Monia Semedo, Manon Aubry, and Jordi Cañas. There were also other key players from the Social Economy Europe (SEE) team, such as Juan Antonio Pedreño, President of SEE, and Víctor Meseguer, Director of SEE. My task was to document the meeting developments and take a group photo as a memory of the occasion.
Netflix Belgium walking dinner with Diego Ávalos

- Assignment: Netflix, in collaboration with the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg, organized a networking dinner with Diego Ávalos, Vice President of Original Content in Spanish of Netflix, to celebrate the opening of the company’s new offices at the European quarter of Brussels. The event included the participation of the Ambassador of Spain in Belgium, Hon. Mrs. Beatriz Larrotcha Palma, The President of the Chamber, Juan Rodríguez-Villa Matons and Esperanza Ibáñez, Director of Public Policies for Spain and Portugal of Netflix. My role was to take pictures of the networking moments, the presentations from Diego Ávalos, and the walking dinner afterward.
Stellenbosch University Alumni Networking Event

- Assignment: This alumni networking event was an intimate occasion in which people with the same interests gathered to talk about familiar topics. The center topic was the Stellenbosch University in South Africa, and Dr. Manelisi Genge, the Ambassador of South Africa to Belgium, was present to give a speech as well. The night concluded with drinks and networking. My task was to document the ambiance, lectures, and networking during the evening with my photography.
EU Skills for the Future Summit

- Assignment: The EU Skills for the Future Summit was a vivacious event that I had the chance to cover with my photography. Students from Slovenia, Hungary, and southern Italy gathered for a day full of activities, workshops, and even dancing. The idea was to discuss different current topics related to sustainability in the EU. At the end of the day, the students had the chance to present their ideas and get honest feedback from a jury composed of professionals and academics. This was definitely one of the most dynamics events I have covered.
Animal Rights Volunteers Party
